This blend was created for those days when you just need that little something to ground yourself and feel human again. Motherhood can be a tough gig sometimes, playing on your mind and emotions. These ingredients together, encourage positive energy and a mental refresh.

Ingredients: Bergamot, Mandarin, Grapefruit, Neroli and Clary Sage Essential Oils, diluted with Fractionated Coconut oil (roller) and distilled water (mist).

Directions for use: Apply to pressure points or spritz around you when needed. Patch test on wrist 24 hours before use to check for skin reaction.

Cautions: Possible skin irritation can occur on sensitive skin, should this occur please discontinue use immediately. Keep out of reach from children. External use only. These oils are safe to be used around pregnant and breastfeeding mums.
