My Wellbeing Story
I once thought I was 'Wonder Woman'. Invincible. I could do it all. Have it all. An overachiever workaholic who thrived on stress and challenge. So much so, I worked myself sick. Real sick. Never get better kind of sick.
Over the last 10 years, I have battled to stay alive. It took me losing everything, including my health, to learn what truly matters to me. I have defied all odds surviving and keep getting up to face every day with a smile on my face embracing all that life has to offer - 'The Happy Warrior'. I have battled not one but two chronic illnesses, a rare and non-curable autoimmune disease, Sarcoidosis, and in the last two years, Breast Cancer too. I have now failed all treatment and am here for a good time, not a long time.

We choose to stock these brands because their business models are sustainable and they create beautiful products that are long-lasting, and advocate wellbeing.

We commit to being real, vulnerable and open. We promise to show up honestly and share our struggles and wins as we build this business. We are a small business of caring humans who aim to do our best and create the most amazing gifting experience for you. We welcome your feedback, we crave your support to keep us going, and love nothing more than seeing the wellbeing gifts being received and loved.
Self Gifting
In order to give generously to others, we believe you need to fill your own cup regularly. That taking time out, treating yourself, loving beautiful things, celebrating connection and the small wins along the way are fundamental to your wellbeing. Doing this without guilt, anxiety or worry takes practice and experience.

Small Details Matter
Every gift box is hand prepared and wrapped with love and care. We pick and pack your order in-store.
Our greeting cards are hand made using a letterpress too and we hand write your personal message to create that special touch.
Life Happens
We want to help support people on how to give and be there for loved ones when life stuff happens…how and what to do or say when you don’t know what to say or do. We do this by sharing our wellbeing stories, our life stuff, practical tips as we have navigated some of the toughest life challenges.
Wellbeing Advocates
Utilising the lived experience and wellbeing expertise, our founder Fleur Marks, understands what it takes to truly take care of your wellbeing. We want to help you learn how to take care of yourself sustainably, practice and embody self love, and literally be a ‘well-being’.
Our Sustainable Packaging
Our beautiful reusable gift boxes include our eco-friendly signature tissue paper, and sealed with love with our embossed eco-friendly compostable sticker.
Our signature quote tissue paper is made from 100% FSC-Certified paper using soy-based inks and is 100% compost or recycle friendly!
We print paper labels and use honeycomb brown paper to protect your goodies. We use biodegradable satchels to ship your wellbeing goodies to you.
Internally, we recycle and promote low-waste policies that encourage our store employees to recycle or repurpose where possible.
Together with our community, we choose to reflect on the environmental impacts of all The Wellbeing Store business processes and outputs on a regular basis.This is an ongoing commitment of ours that will continue to evolve as our business grows.
