SHOPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Order Terms & Information
Shop throughout our online store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.
When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your payment details.
You will then receive an order confirmation number to which you can refer to for tracking purposes. Please include your best e-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.
If any item is out of stock, you will be notified and will not be charged.
While we will make every effort to have your goods delivered on your preferred date or within the estimated delivery timeframes, The Wellbeing Store does not accept responsibility for and is not liable for any delivery delays. If you are not completely satisfied with our service as a result of a delivery delay, you can return the product to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. A late delivery or delivery not on your preferred date does not entitle you to a refund of the delivery fee.
The Wellbeing Store accepts no responsibility for any errors you make when entering orders, delivery instructions, card messages or other information. If an order needs to be redelivered as a result of an incorrect address any additional delivery charge will be passed on to the customer. Please note if you supply us with an incorrect address and the goods have been despatched this is not our responsibility. We will do everything in our power to stop the delivery and redeliver to the correct address. A re-delivery fee will be charged should the courier company charge us. We require correct name, surname, street address, postcode and state. If a driver feels the order is not safe to leave unattended he/she will leave a calling card and take the goods back to HQ.
The Wellbeing Store is not liable for any loss or damage arising after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to an unattended address where the recipient has granted permission to leave the goods unattended.
If an order is returned to our HQ for any reason, including because the recipient failed to collect the order from their local post office, an additional delivery fee will be payable by the customer.
If delivering to a hospital, please be sure to include hospital name, the recipients 'check-in' name, ward and room number. Please check the estimated delivery dates above to ensure the recipient will not have checked out of hospital before the order is expected to be delivered. The Wellbeing Store takes no responsibility should the recipient check out prior to the expected delivery date.
All items advertised on The Wellbeing Store website are in stock unless otherwise stated.
The Wellbeing Store only use quality products, we also reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantees the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.
The information The Wellbeing Store collects from our customers is strictly confidential. The Wellbeing Store will not disclose your personal information to anybody other than those who are contracted to our company. The Wellbeing Store may release appropriate information to third parties such as courier companies to assist with the fulfilment of your order.
Cancellations or changes to an order can be made any time prior to dispatch. To cancel an order please reply to your confirmation email, send us an email on email@example.com or call on 0404676750. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of The Wellbeing Store.
Returns & Exchanges
The Returns Policy forms part of the terms and conditions of this site. In the unfortunate event that an order has been damaged through the delivery process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise for the order to be returned and a replacement organised.
In the unlikely event that an individual item in a Wellbeing Kit is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. If you do not want us to do this, please state this in the Additional Information section during checkout.
Some products are photographed with additional props. Unless something is listed in the product description it is not included. The Wellbeing Store has not reviewed all of the sites linked to by this site and is not responsible for the content of those sites. Following the links to any off-site pages or other sites is undertaken at your own risk.
All images and product descriptions on this site are copyrighted and may not be used without the written permission of The Wellbeing Store. The Wellbeing Store neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on this site will not infringe the rights of third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Any liability of The Marks Wellbeing Group (herein referred to as The Wellbeing Store) in connection with the products supplied to you, subject to any non-excludable conditions or warranties implied by legislation, is limited to the amount you paid for the products supplied.
Placing an order with The Wellbeing Store constitutes an offer to enter an agreement to purchase goods. This offer is only accepted by The Wellbeing Store when the goods are dispatched.
The Wellbeing Store reserves the right to terminate accounts, edit or cancel orders (or part thereof), or not to provide goods at our sole discretion at any time. Apart from refunding your payment for any unfulfilled orders, The Wellbeing Store will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from exercising these rights.
The prices listed in this catalogue are inclusive of GST.
